Board of Directors
The Diamond Meadows Board is comprised of volunteer homeowners and property owners. The Board of Directors fulfills the following key functions and responsibilities:
- Providing approval for new construction.
- Identifying and addressing shared community property (road improvements, etc.) that need to be addressed.
- Organizing and promoting community events.
- Managing the HOA website.
- Posting and updating board meeting minutes and agendas.
- Improving and maintaining the water system.
- Fulfilling a fiduciary responsibility of overseeing the organization’s bylaws, rules and financial resources.
- Generally protecting the value, safety and quality of living in Diamond Meadows.
